Description

Testing (on Windows 7) running mkportable from a Win32 GnuPG install reveals that
it is missing libgcrypt-20.dll, without which gpg2.exe will not run. Note that it
includes ibgcrypt-11.dll but there is no command-line gpg exe included that would
use that.

thanks for reporting this problem.

This has been fixed in the gpg4win sources

and will be fixed with the next release.
