libgcrypt offers/uses --with-pth-prefix

Description

./configure --help offers/uses --with-pth-prefix. As I understand it, the
threading library is now nPth (http://lists.gnupg.org/pipermail/gnupg-
announce/2012q2/000315.html).

I point it out because I was forced to fetch it.

That is used for an experimental tool of Libgcrypt (src/gcryptrnd). It is not
clear whether this will be ported to npth or removed.

@werner Is it clearer now if gcryptrnd will be removed or ported?
