pinentry-curses / pinentry-tty should emit a bell when showing a dialog

nots that some people like to use pinentry-curses and force it use a particular
tty (inside of say screen). In this case, it would be nice if pinentry could
emit a Bell to alert the user of a pending interaction.

Well, the counterpart in gpg-agent is missing.

reviewing this, i think the situation is:

  • pinentry can now accept a ttyalert option (which can take either beep or flash, but
  • it is set to nothing by default
  • gpg-agent never tries to set it, and has no way to set it

So i think this isn't really solved yet.
