Provide 64-bit gpgol.dll for new 64-bit versions of Office

Description

When one installs Office in 64-bit mode, the GpgOL plugin can no longer be used.
It will not be installed into office automatically and attempting to add the dll
file will fail. The picture I attached is taken from Office 2016.

How to reproduce:

  1. Get yourself a Office 2016 install medium.
  2. Run office/setup64.exe
  3. Install Gpg4win

--> No addon will be installed into Office

  1. Head to the add ins section of office
  2. Manually add the gpgol.dll file

--> Error message, as shown in attached file

Gpg4win 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 included 64 bit versions of gpgol.
