Handle default Keyserver in Kleopatra

Description

Kleopatra currently shows no keyserver configured even if GnuPG is at version 2.1.20 and has the automatic fallback to the https sks pool. This needs to be fixed.

Plan: Use the table only for X509 add an entry field above for OpenPGP Keyserver.

Fixed with https://commits.kde.org/libkleo/aec263d7ff0ea727a730f657439e4945ba88b18a

I've now split the configuration widget in a multiple server but simplified X509 only part and a simple line edit for an OpenPGP Keyserver. The shadow text defaults to hkps://hkps.pool,.... for GnuPG 2.1.16 and later and for earlier versions it shows hkp://pool.sks..... it will take of course the configured value if a value is configured.
