Improve TOFU handling in Kleopatra

Description

Kleopatra for now only shows TOFU info in cert details.

What we need:

  • Handle validity better in keytreeviews
  • Handle a difference between marginal + tofu info and marginal with PGP for file operations.
  • Add policy buttons (Use this key from now on / keep using old key) in case of conflicts.

Kleopatra for now only shows TOFU info in cert details.

"show" is an euphemism, I had to grep through the code to find the tooltip.

What we need:

Handle validity better in keytreeviews
Handle a difference between marginal + tofu info and marginal with PGP for file operations.
Add policy buttons (Use this key from now on / keep using old key) in case of conflicts.

Can you be a bit more specific on these points?
