Various small Kleopatra improvements

Description

May be moved in subtasks for now just as a note:

  • Trusted Root certificates are no longer highlighted
  • Replace KDTextWidget with QTextWidget (fixes some crashes and makes some other stuff copy / pasteable)
  • In certificate details move certify into a button and add checkboxes for that.
  • In certificate creation remove comment. Make Name Optional.
  • Show expert options also in GnuPG System config page.
  • Check Windows layout for small improvements (esp. File sign / encrypt)
