Description

May be moved in subtasks for now just as a note:

Trusted Root certificates are no longer highlighted
Replace KDTextWidget with QTextWidget (fixes some crashes and makes some other stuff copy / pasteable)
In certificate details move certify into a button and add checkboxes for that.
In certificate creation remove comment. Make Name Optional.
Show expert options also in GnuPG System config page.
Check Windows layout for small improvements (esp. File sign / encrypt)
