Discussed in the patch D438: rsa: Add exponent blinding., gpg1.4 has been updated. GnuPG users with gpg1.4 may have concern.

It is good to release GnuPG 1.4.22.

I just released 1.4.22 including the usual Windows installer. No anouncement mail but I added an entry to the NEWS page.
