ASCII armor option missing from gpgEX as of gpg4win 3.0.0

Description

ACII armor option no longer present in gpgEX encrypt file dialog as of gpg4win 3.0.0. Not sure if this is intentional, but please bring it back if possible.

This is intentional with the rationale being that users either want ascii armor for some reason for all their usecases or they don't want it.
And most users won't even know what ASCII Armor means (Adding "Armor" sounds like additional protection). So we moved this setting into configuration and renamed it.

You can find it under: Settings -> Crypto Operations -> "Create signed or encrypted files as text files"
