getting passphrase failed: not supported error

Description

How to set passprase through command with out asking prompt, I am using a job with .bat file to encrypt and decrypt.
I used below command to cache the passphrase
gpg-preset-passphrase --passphrase mypassphrase--preset key and getting below error

caching phrase faile: not supported.

This is GnuPG for Windows, version 2.2.3.
