I'm trying Gpg4Win 3.1.0 beta 43 on Windows 7 x64 with Outlook 2010 32-bit, Exchange server.
I repeatedly tried to send a signed mail, redoing steps lead to the same error message. Log attached, screenshot attached. Resending the failed mail also fails, with endless wait.

Error 2 is one of the saveguards I've added for T3863 . While it works for me, the safety check is apparently overzealous. I'll look into this and treat it as a release blocker.
This problem should be gone with Gpg4win-3.1.0-beta48. While I could not reproduce it I've tried to fix it and changed the hard error to a debug log in case something is unexpected here. I believe that this is safe.
