Description

When I try to send a signed/encrypted message from Outlook 2016 without a subject line, this happens:

Outlooks asks if I really want to send a mail without subject
I click on "Send anyway"
The new "Signing.../Encrypting..." overlay appears
Another "Do you want to send this mail without subject" dialog appears *behind* the Signing/Encrypting overlay
It looks as if Outlook/GPGOL has crashed, but you can actually use the arrow keys to navigate in the dialog and select "Send anyway" again

Thanks for your report. Also thanks for trying the beta already. I think I know why this happens. Will be fixed!

This should work with Gpg4win-3.1.5
