With an empty home directory on Windows I imported an S/MIME cert using Kleopatra:

test1_testkolab.intevation.de_priv.asc.p125 KBDownload

(Passphrase "test")

Afterwards all operations using the agent "hung" e.g. gpgsm -K

The issue is not reproducible for me.

Kleopatra might be doing a secret keylisting during the import (as soon as the pubring changes).

In Wald someone reports that this also appears to happen when decrypting. https://wald.intevation.org/forum/message.php?msg_id=6377 Probably run-threaded will help to flush this out.
