If a user has set "prefer smime" and neither an OpenPGP nor an S/MIME private key and an OpenPGP public key could be found for all recipients. GpgOL will automatically toggle secure. The idea there was to lead the user into the OpenPGP keygen from the keyresolver.

For an S/MIME centric use case this makes less sense as we can't just "quickly generate" a new key there.
