Description

For testing our current test Certificates without a CA do not work with dirmngr. That maybe could be fixed in dirmngr but it would be better to have test certificates which are commonly in use.

Do you mean self-signed certs or what kind of certs do not work?

(That's actually an old ticket but we still open)

Shall we we create them using our internal CA? IIRC, @ebo plans to create a set of test certs anyway
