At http://git.gnupg.org/:

1. Alter the link-text "View the GnuPG modern (2.1) code" to "View the GnuPG modern (2.2) code" (i.e., just "1" -> "2")
2. Delete the line / bullet point "View the GnuPG stable (2.0) code" completely.
