Kleopatra: Window size forgotten after closing

Description

Using GnuPG/Kleopatra on Win64 with an portable installation on usb stick. The window size of Kleopatra is not saved after closing and restarting the app and starts with 1026x546 pixels (on Windoze 10) every time.

I've checked: this issue is reproducible in Kleopatra 3.1.11 / Win10
I have installed version of Gpg4win, not portable

It might be related to https://dev.gnupg.org/T4819

The fix has been submitted to Kleopatra master

This has been shipped with Gpg4win-3.1.12
