Switch between PIV and OpenPGP app w/o reentering the PIN

Description

Although GnuPG is able to switch between certain apps on the same smartcard, the PIN needs to be entered again after each switch. This is in particular the case for Yubikeys. We need to solve this by providing a PIN cache and track already entered PINs.

Caching of the OpenPGP PIN while switching to and from PIV does now work in master

Works for a long time now (unless we broke it again;-)
