I'm trying to build GnuPG from Master. I have libgcrypt-error 1.37 installed from the release tarball.
GnuPG configure is failing:
$ ./configure ... checking whether "make check" shall run all tests... no configure: *** *** You need libgpg-error to build this program. ** This library is for example available at *** https://gnupg.org/ftp/gcrypt/libgpg-error *** (at least version 1.38 is required.) ***
There is no download for libgpg-error-1.38 at https://gnupg.org/ftp/gcrypt/libgpg-error. The highest version is 1.37.
