Win10 - Kleopatra config help button doesn't do anything

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  • open kleopatra
  • navigate in main menu: Settings -> Configure Kleopatra
  • click Help button at the dialog bottom

Expected result: Kleopatra handbook opened
Actual result: nothing happens

KDE version of Kleopatra opens handbook via Help Center
In Win I expect to see handbook in browser. Same way as Help -> Kleopatra Hanbook works

Thanks for the report.

Yes it should open the Handbook with the configuration chapter. I look into it why it does no longer do this. This was probably broken when I changed the config dialog for Gpg4win 3.0

Hi,
I tried to do your steps described above, but it works perfectly for me, the help page opens (https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/pim/kleopatra/index.html), only if I'm connected to the Internet.

I use Kleopatra 3.1.15 on Win 10

Works for me in the current Kleopatra.
