In kleopatra openpgp card we have "get_manufacturer" which is a list of OpenPGP card manufacturers.
Nowadays this is available both in 2.3 and 2.2. through scdaemon so that we have a central list.
"scd getattr MANUFACTURER"
Kleopatra should use that list.

Kleopatra now queries scdaemon for the manufacturer. The (outdated) mapping of serial numbers to manufacturers is kept as fallback for GnuPG < 2.2.21.
