I noticed this as Kleopatra shows in it's gpgconf based configuration ui two checkboxes with the name "gnupg".
From gpgconf --list-options gpg:
auto-key-import:0:0:gnupg:0:0::::
include-key-block:0:0:gnupg:0:0::::
This does not look right.

Description and translation domain were swapped in 2.2.
I can't replicate that for master and I doubt that you see it there because master works quite different (taking all options from gpg --dump-option-table).
