Kleopatra: explain crypto profiles even better

This is a followup to https://dev.gnupg.org/T3723 and https://dev.gnupg.org/rKLEOPATRAc02828cee15dbcb399861a09ec39ae8cce29d405

Some users also do not understand "Activate GnuPG Profile" setting properly, as they expect the setting to be shown there again, if they reopen the dialog.

An idea can be to improve the text, what about:

"Activate options necessary for GnuPG profile [ ] once."

additional help text could explain further: "This will set all necessary options for the selected profile for the crypto backend once. It is not shown, which profiles are currently matching the active options."

Actually we considerto remove this feature from the GUI because with the global config we have a more versatile feature now.

The crypto profiles have been removed in Gpg4win 4.1.1
