This is is purely a cosmetic issue and not a particularly important one at that, but both print-mds and print-md seem unable to correctly align the characters by columns when used with echoed, piped text in the console (Win7 x64) as seen in the attached screenshot. This happens regardless of the buffer size (ramp it up to a 1000 columns and it will still look broken).

Just that, and probably not even a bug, so my apologies in advance.
