When encrypting an attachment from Outlook through open with kleopatrat the output location is preselected as the temp folder from outlook. This is unhelpful in most cases. Kleopatra could try to detect when the outlook tmp folder is the current directory of the encrypted file as this is a very common use case and in that case preselect the last used folder for that use case.

So that we have some kind of config value for last used folder for plaintext from mail and then preselect this instead of the tmp folder.
