Kleopatra: Smartcard dialog for Signature Card 2.0 does not show keys if one key wasn't imported from the card

Description

Although Kleopatra does now show basic information for the NKS v15 (Signature Card v2.0) it does not show the keys after having loaded all certificates. Needs closer inspection.

It turned out that the reason for the problem is the use of the --ignore-cert-with-oid option in gpgsm.conf.

and additionally by the fact that the list of certificates is hidden if a single unknown certificate is found on the card. This should be changed, so that the list is only hidden if all certificates are unknown. And the Load Certificates button is shown if at least one unknown certificate is found.
