GpgOL: Missing icons in keyresolver

Description

Noticed yesterday, since our Icon change there are no Icons in the keyresolver dialog of gpgol. I guess we must link in KIconThemes somehow and if we want dark mode / high contrast support do the whole KColorSchemeManager / Dark Mode icon dance.

The kleopatra options dialog is in a better state there I just included the missing icons as a resource because it only uses three icons. Adding a KColorSchemeManager there should be enough for basic dark mode support.

Well the icons are there. So I don't think this needs more QA.
