Noticed when testing T6830: Sometimes the time until the certificates are shown in the smart card view is quite long, but the information window "Loading Certificates" disappears quickly. Sometime only after another minute or so after that the certificates were shown.
This is confusing for a user who might then try to reload the card instead of waiting patiently...

Currently, the "Loading certificates" window is shown as long as gpgsm --learn-card runs. Instead of showing this window longer we should probably add some general progress indicator to the smart card view (e.g. in a status bar), so that the users see that Kleopatra is updating/loading information from the smart cards.
I think we should not fix this issue because T6846: Kleopatra: learn TCOS cards automatically replaces it. If we don't have a Load certificates button anymore we also don't need a better progress for it.
