Kleopatra: simplify key creation window

Description

Simplify the Create OpenPGP Certification Dialog like in this Mockup:

Changes are:

  • Select key material from a sane list (The current configuration options for the algorithms shall stay the same)
  • Usage always defaults to "signing", "certification" and "encryption" but is not shown
  • No more "Advanced Settings" button
