Noteworthy changes in version 2.5.7 (2024-03-06)

New configure option --with-libtool-modification. [T6619]
Change the naming of the 64 bit Windows DLL from libassuan6-0.dll to libassuan-0.dll to sync this with what we did for libgpg-error.

Note that this release has been done from the LIBASSUAN-2.5-BRANCH
