We need an easy option to enable logging of Kleopatra debug strings to a file in more difficult support cases.
It should be possible to change the settings for the strings to be logged there, too.

For most people installing Debugview is too much hassle or even not allowed. Additionally it could be necessary to change the settings for the debug strings and this is not easily done currently. Especially not on Windows.
