Here you see the result of a certificate search. The lower line is selected and the mouse hovers above the upper one, which highlights that one, too, but in that case with black font instead of white:
The selected text is not readable due to the white letters. This is a serious issue IMHO regarding a11y, not even people with very good eyes can read this easily (if at all).
This is on Windows 10, the settings are standard, app mode is "light", no high contrast.
