If you want to use a key without a mail address in its user-id you have to select it in the security approval dialog. This sometimes fails because the dialog crashes.

How to reproduce:

1.) Open drop down for recipient without matching key
2.) Click on Filter icon next to drop down
3.) Open drop down for recipient without matching key

The crash them results in the error message "No recipients for encryption selected." and no mail is sent.
