In the sign/encrypt dialog depending on whether its in the "Encrypt to me" or the "Encrypt to others" field, different
tooltips are shown for the same key.
This is the same for the corresponding notepad fields.
These tooltips should be unified in the course of the changes decided on
in the parent ticket
