Add an option to start Kleopatra as certificate manager without "doing the UniqueApplication thing" and have it quit completely when closing that window again.
This will be helpful for the gpgpass use case.

Ready for testing.
Kleopatra can be started in standalone mode with the command line option --standalone. Multiple instances of Kleopatra can be started in standalone mode (for the same and/or for different GNUPGHOME), independently of a running non-standalone Kleopatra.
