Description

In general I can't navigate the buttons with keyboard (tab, arrows), e.g. on the "Add User ID" dialog:

Notes:

the 3rd tab item on mac could be related to the buttons, but there's no focus feedback (maybe related to T8498: Mac Kleopatra: Buttons don't have hover feedback), and i think Enter always triggers OK

It works after activation of the setting: Settings / Keyboard -> Keyboard navigation.
Setting this to invalid.
