tests: Put a work around to tests/random for macOS.

* configure.ac [*-apple-darwin*] (USE_POSIX_SPAWN_FOR_TESTS): New.
* tests/random.c [USE_POSIX_SPAWN_FOR_TESTS] (run_all_rng_tests): New.
