* Makefile.am (AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS): Remove. (doc) [!BUILD_DOC]: Do not recurse into the dir. * configure.ac (AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE): Add option formerly in Makefile.am. (BUILD_DOC): Add new am_conditional.
