gpg: Remove unused flags from keyedit.c.

* g10/keyedit.c (KEYEDIT_NOT_SK, KEYEDIT_ONLY_SK): Remove.
(cmds): Remove them.

These flags were cruft from the time we had to switch between secret
and public key view.
