po: Add lost translation of validity strings.

* po/POTFILES.in (trust.c): Add missing file.
* po/de.po: Changed German validity strings.
* doc/help.de.txt: Ditto.

Note that I replaced "uneingeschränkt" in de.po to "ultimativ" to
make the output better readable.
