Description

sm: Change default algos to SHA256 (CSR) and AES128 (bulk encryption).

* sm/certreqgen.c (create_request): Change default hash algo.
* sm/gpgsm.c (DEFAULT_CIPHER_ALGO): Change default bulk cipher algo.
