scd: Redact --debug cardio output of a VERIFY APDU.

* scd/apdu.c (pcsc_send_apdu) [DBG_CARD_IO]: Detect and redact a
VERIFY.
(send_apdu_ccid): Ditto.

This should handle the most common case.
