Description

gpgsm: Allow specification of an AuthorityKeyIdentifier.

* sm/certreqgen.c (pAUTHKEYID): New.
(read_parameters): Add keyword Authority-Key-Id.
(proc_parameters): Check its value.
(create_request): Insert an Authority-Key-Id.
