Description

scd: Fix bBWI value.

* scd/ccid-driver.c (ccid_transceive_apdu_level): Use bBWI=0 for APDU
level transfer.
(ccid_transceive): Use bBWI=0 or the value returend by WTX for TPDU
level transfer.
