Cpp: Handle PINENTRY_LAUNCHED status line

* lang/cpp/src/editinteractor.cpp (EditInteractor::needsNoResponse):
Add GPGME_STATUS_PINENTRY_LAUNCHED.

PINENTRY_LAUNCHED needs no response in any Job. This fixes
Jobs which errored out on unknown status lines.
