tests: Use --batch for gpg import.
* lang/python/tests/Makefile.am (./pubring-stamp): Use --batch with GPG to avoid Pinentries during import when using GnuPG >= 2.1. Replace touch by echo. * tests/gpg/Makefile.am (./pubring-stamp): Ditto.
