Allow build against both Qt5 and Qt6
* CMakeLists.txt: Add QT_MAJOR_VERSION option. * src/gpgolconfig/CMakeLists.txt, src/resolver/CMakeLists.txt: Make the major versions variable.
Only some more checks in the build system. The code compiles
for both.
