dirmngr: Sleep in the ldap wrapper thread.
* dirmngr/ldap-wrapper.c (wrapper_list): Rename to reaper_list. (ldap_reaper_thread): Protect all list modification with a mutex. Use a condition var to wake up the reaper thread.
