doc: Replace "dual key" by "composite key".

Note that we do not use the "PQ/T hybrid key" because it is just silly
to overload the well established term "hybrid encryption" with a
special new public key encrypion method. "composite: seems to be a
more clear term because "dual" may mean "public plus private key".
