keyboxd: Support ephemeral mode to search/store accordingly.

* kbx/backend-sqlite.c (be_sqlite_search): Care about ephemeral mode.
(store_into_pubkey): Add an argument to care about ephemeral mode.
(be_sqlite_store): Follow the change.
